Motor Claims

Use our online claim form to lodge your Motor Fleet Insurance claim, including vehicles belonging to a fleet or used for business purposes.

Student Care Claims

Prior to submitting a claim, be sure to visit the Student Care information page, or download the Making a Student Care claim flyer / Information Sheet. These resources outline what medical expenses are claimable under the Student Care policy, and which ones are not.

Following this, you can then lodge your Student Care claim online.

In the event of a cyber incident, your Cyber Insurance policy provides you with access to a 24 hour technical support helpline.
