We've made some improvements to our Client Centre

You may have noticed some changes lately - we’ve updated our process for obtaining a Certificate of Currency.

At CCI we're always looking for ways to make improvements so we can continue to bring you superior service, insurance and risk solutions that meet your needs.

In our last client satisfaction survey, you told us you wanted more online insurance services, and the ability to ‘self-service’ some of your insurance tasks. The number one task you wanted to do online was to make claims, and we delivered this last year.

Since then, we’ve updated our process for obtaining a Certificate of Currency – you can now request your copy online!

Requesting a Certificate of Currency Online is as easy as 1, 2, 3

  1. Visit the Client Centre

  2. Complete your policy details

  3. Receive your Certificate of Currency via email!
