Senior Leadership T​eam

Our Senior Leadership Team is responsible for the development of CCI’s Vision, Strategy and Value Proposition to Clients. It also carries responsibilities for the day-to-day management of CCI’s operations and the implementation of the policies and strategies approved by the board. The team combines decades of experience to provide guidance, make operational decisions, review performance and steer the strategic direction of CCI in order to provide the best risk management and insurance solutions for clients.​

  • Roberto Scenna

    BEc (Hons)

    Chief Executive Officer

    Roberto Scenna joined CCI as Chief Executive Officer in September 2015. He brings more than 20 years’ experience in financial services, management consulting and aviation to CCI having previously held the positions of Managing Director ANZ Private Wealth, Managing Director ANZ Trustees and Managing Director Super Concepts. His portfolio also includes a range of executive director roles on the Boards of ANZ financial advice companies. Rob has a passion for developing strong relationships with customers, building energised and engaged workplaces and developing solutions to enable businesses to directly benefit communities. He is a graduate of the 2013 Leadership Victoria – Williamson Community Leadership Program.

  • Tania Briganti

    BSc, ANZIIF (Fellow) CIP, GAICD

    General Manager, Underwriting, Portfolio and Reinsurance

    Tania brings more than 25 years of industry experience to her role as General Manager, Technical Operations. With expertise across the areas of Reinsurance, Portfolio Management and Client Relationship Management she is currently responsible for the Technical Operations division which includes responsibility for Underwriting Operations, Portfolio Management, Reinsurance, Pricing and Data Analytics. Tania has held numerous senior positions within the organisation, following her accomplished career with Swiss Re. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Applied Mathematics and Statistics, is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

  • Jeremy Yipp

    MAppFin, B Eng/Comm

    Chief Risk Officer

    As CCI’s Chief Risk Officer, Jeremy directs enterprise-wide, strategic risk management initiatives. He has at least 15 years of experience in the financial services and banking sector, in roles supporting companies to meet their corporate risk and assurance obligations. As a member of CCI’s Senior Leadership Team, he identifies critical defence needs and drives deep, cultural organisational development of risk management behaviour. He collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, communicates risk strategy to the Board and its senior regulators, and aligns the company’s Risk Management Framework to meet corporate risk, legal, and regulatory duties through embedded business practices.

  • Kathryn Young

    B ENG (Hons)

    Chief Information Officer

    Kath is the Chief Information Officer at CCI. She leads a technology team in developing strategic and innovative solutions to build a resilient information technology environment for all CCI stakeholders. Her primary responsibilities for the organisation are enterprise architecture, infrastructure and integrated systems, and to drive a high performing and client service focussed team. Kathryn designs and oversees technology transformation programs that address key technology issues including modernisation, digital and workplace enablement, compliance and information management. In her career she has held senior positions for large financial institutions IAG and ANZ Bank, developing digital workplace strategy and systems performance initiatives.

  • Marita Wright

    BA, B Bus, LLB

    General Manager, Claims

    Marita joined CCI as National Claims Manager in 2005 and has more than 19 years’ experience in financial services. Marita was appointed the General Manager, Claims in March 2016, where she is responsible for the provision of claims services to CCI’s clients. An enthusiastic and motivated individual, she is dedicated to delivering an enhanced client experience integral to the claims process. Qualified in arts, business administration and law, Marita is well placed to drive the strategic direction of the claims function in full support of CCI’s corporate strategy. Prior to CCI, she worked as a solicitor for Phillips Fox Lawyers and Resource Underwriting Pacific Pty Ltd.

  • Ross Castle


    General Manager, Client

    Ross joined CCI as General Manager, Client in 2016. He is responsible for CCI’s client engagement strategy and leads CCI teams in meeting all day-to-day client needs. Ross is a strategic thinker who guides corporate clients through complex challenges to help them achieve strong results. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, and a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker with a Master of Business Administration. He is also part of the Australian Institute of Company Directors alumni.

  • Domenic Muscari

    BBus, FCPA

    Chief Financial Officer

    Domenic joined CCI as Chief Financial Officer in 2012. In this role he leads the team that provides company-wide financial insight; oversees the investment management arm of the business (CCI Asset Management) and is responsible for the financial management of CCI. He has more than 27 years’ experience in the financial services industry in the areas of general insurance and investment management. Prior to his time at CCI, Domenic was CFO of Ansvar Insurance Ltd from 1988 – 2011. Domenic earned his degree in commerce at Deakin University and is CPA certified.

  • David Trevorah

    BCom, BA

    General Manager, Strategy, Marketing and Transformation

    David joined CCI in 2012 as the Head of Strategy Implementation & Brand. He has more than 16 years’ experience in the insurance and financial services industry having held marketing and strategic roles within the Guild Group. As the General Manager of Strategy, Marketing and Transformation, David is responsible for driving the development of CCI’s corporate strategy, enhancing client experience, implementing improvement programs and overseeing the Marketing and Transformation team functions.

  • Sally Stares

    BA Law (Hons), PGCE

    General Manager, People and Change

    Sally joined CCI in 2006 as a Learning and Development Coordinator before being appointed to Human Resources Manager, and then General Manager, People and Change in 2016. Originally from the UK, Sally relocated to Australia and commenced working in the insurance industry in a variety of roles including claims management, compliance and training. In her current role, she is responsible for HR, Payroll, Building Administration and Change functions.
