Door to door protection for your most valuable assets

Workers Compensation no longer covers employees while travelling to and from work (in most States). But Commuter Cover does. You can help safeguard your employees while they're in transit and most exposed.

Help protect their wellbeing and financial security in the event of an accident by taking out a policy on their behalf.

Who's covered?

All employees, regardless of age, travelling from their normal residence to work and back again.

  • Weekly benefits of up to $2,000
  • Capital benefits of up to $200,000
  • Up to $1 million for any one accident (per employee)

As well as low premiums, Commuter Cover has great features, like no waiting period, no excess and provides cover for employees throughout Australia and New Zealand.

How does Commuter Cover work?

Commuter Cover in action

A schoolteacher tripped at the train station on her way to work. She fractured her hip and required a total hip joint replacement.

She was unable to work for seven weeks and, without Workers' Compensation to cover costs, it placed huge pressure on her family's finances and wellbeing.

In this situation, Commuter Cover would be able to help. With a weekly income of $1,153, the teacher could claim for seven weeks salary ($8,071) to cover her income during her recovery.
