Requesting a review
We must comply with legislative requirements when reaching our decisions. However, we do this in consultation with you to ensure the best outcomes for everyone involved.
If we decline payment and you disagree with our decision, you can provide additional information to support your case and request a review of your claim. A senior staff member not involved in the original decision will conduct the review to provide a fresh perspective on your case.
