You can lodge various claims – download a PDF claim form, via the links below.
Before starting a claim, make sure you have the following information handy:
- Your policy or client number
- The name of the insured on the policy
- A detailed description of the incident
- The date of the loss and address where the incident occurred
- Details of any other parties involved (if any)

Following lodgement of a claim, you can expect to receive contact from one of our claims officers within 5 business days, who will update you on the progress and take you through the next steps of the claims process.
Property Claims
You can lodge the following types of property claims online:
- Claim for loss or damage to corporate buildings and/or contents (Composite Risks Property Insurance)
- Claim for loss or damage to residential building and/or contents (Residential Building & Contents Insurance)
- Claim for employee misconduct or dishonesty (Fidelity Guarantee Insurance)
- Claim for equipment damage and or breakdown, including Laptops (Electronic Equipment Insurance)
- Claim for damaged or broken down machinery (Machinery Breakdown Insurance)
Motor Claims
Use our online claim form to lodge your Motor Fleet Insurance claim, including vehicles belonging to a fleet or used for business purposes.
Student Care Claims
Prior to submitting a claim, be sure to visit the Student Care information page, or download the Student Care Information Sheet. These resources outline what medical expenses are claimable under the Student Care policy, and which ones are not.
Following this, you can then lodge your Student Care claim online.
Voluntary Workers Personal Acident Insurance

Workers Compensation claims
If you are wanting to make a Workers Compensation claim, please visit our Workers Compensation area and select your state.
Public Liability Claims
For all Public Liability Insurance claims, including personal injury, property damage or advertising liabilities, please download and complete the PDF claim form below.
